About Our U.S.-Focused Shipping Service

We provide dedicated shipping support for U.S. customers, aiming to deliver your orders quickly and securely from our Shenzhen, China warehouse to addresses across the United States.

Order Processing Time

For U.S. orders, we typically complete processing within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation (processing may extend slightly during peak seasons like holidays or sales events).
 

Note: Processing time does not include actual transit days for shipping.

Shipment Tracking

Once your U.S. order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a unique international tracking code. You can track your package’s progress via our website.

Please provide a valid U.S. mobile phone number at checkout — this helps our logistics partners contact you if delivery adjustments are needed.

Coverage Scope

We deliver to all 50 U.S. states, plus remote U.S. regions (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam).

Estimated Transit Time (After Processing)

  • U.S. mainland (contiguous states): 10-15 business days
  • Remote U.S. regions (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.): 20-30 business days

Shipping Costs

U.S. order shipping fees are calculated based on package weight (displayed in USD at checkout):
  • For 1kg packages: Average shipping cost is ~$14 (actual amount will be auto-calculated when you select your address)

U.S. Customs, Taxes & Duties

For all U.S. orders, we cover 100% of import taxes and duty fees — you will not need to pay additional charges when your package is delivered.

If you are unexpectedly charged customs/duty fees for your U.S. order:

  1. Keep a clear copy of the payment invoice;

  2. Contact us with your order number + invoice (via email or our Contact Us page) — we will process a full reimbursement for the fees.

U.S. Delivery Delays & Lost/Stolen Packages

  • Transit delays: Estimated times are for reference only. Delays may occur due to U.S. customs processing, regional weather (e.g., hurricanes), or local logistics disruptions. We will notify you promptly if your U.S. order is delayed.

  • Lost/stolen packages: We are not liable for packages confirmed as “delivered” by the courier (per tracking records), but we will assist you in filing a logistics inquiry or claim.

Return Shipping Fees (U.S. Orders)

  • Non-quality returns (e.g., personal preference): You will be responsible for all return shipping costs to our Shenzhen warehouse.
  • Quality-related issues (damage, incorrect item): Contact us within 7 days of receiving your U.S. order (attach photos of the issue), and we will cover the return shipping fees + arrange a refund/replacement.
